Kill the Storm Dragoness. Keep in mind the following:
The SD will not auto attack.
If you die a priest cannot summon your corpse or ghost, it will tell them
you are too far away, the only way to save your stuff is to have someone come
down and get it.

After you kill the SD, you will get a wing and the scale.
Go back to the Kilgoran Entrance and go:
ne, n, nw, 2e, place scale (the smithy will make you the armour)
then go: 2w, ne, place wing (a bag will be made)
